Terms of Service: These Terms govern the ParentQA service provided by K12 Assist LLC.
By texting the ParentQA keyword phrase, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your school parent-connection inquiry. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP.
Eligibility
The ParentQA service is available to residents of the United States with a valid mobile phone number on a supported carrier. Users must be 18 years of age or older.
No Guarantee of Enrollment
ParentQA facilitates introductions between prospective and current school families. Participation does not guarantee school admission or enrollment.
Current Parent Conduct
Current parents participate voluntarily and represent their own views. ParentQA does not screen, moderate, or endorse the content of parent conversations.
Limitation of Liability
ParentQA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.
