- What should I ask?
- Topics can range from school philosophy and community feel to day-to-day questions such as drop-off logistics. You can also ask a current parent about their own decision to enroll.
- Is it a sales pitch?
- No. You are talking to real parents giving real answers based on their own experiences. There are no scripts and it is not an artificial AI agent.
- How much does it cost?
- It's free. Standard text message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- Will my conversations be shared with the school?
- A school administrator may be included in the conversation to answer process questions about applying or enrollment. Authorized school administrators may also have access to participant information, conversation records, and transcripts associated with their school. The current parent's perspective remains the primary purpose of ParentQA.

ParentQA acts as the messaging intermediary and receives, records, and relays messages among the authorized participants. Authorized school administrators may access conversation records associated with their school.
